We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect
The exchange request is submitted within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date
The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging
A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided
The following items are not eligible for exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Consumable items including replacement chest skin and ribcage components that have been opened or used
Items that have been modified, altered, or used beyond initial inspection
