We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect

• The exchange request is submitted within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date

• The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging

• A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided

The following items are not eligible for exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Consumable items including replacement chest skin and ribcage components that have been opened or used

• Items that have been modified, altered, or used beyond initial inspection
